The Torah Project: Volunteering
Opportunities to Get Involved
Interested in helping? Committees are forming…if you didn’t sign up at the Volunteer Rally, click here to indicate your interest, and someone will contact you shortly. This Project will need the help of many volunteers throughout the year, so we have a variety of volunteer opportunities that will fit any interest or schedule. See below for all the wonderful opportunities to get involved in this amazing project:
Communication Committee: Neil Culbertson, Chair
- Website updates
- Kesher/Snippet updates
- Mailers—creation
- Mailing (stuffing envelopes, labeling, etc.)
- Community PR
- Phone calls (personal invitations to events, reminders, etc.)
- Graphic Arts (design of communication pieces)
- Production (copying, getting bids on printing, etc.)
- Miscellaneous Communication help
Education Committee: Susan Reissner, Ken Stern, Chairs
- Scholar in Residence coordination
- Special Speaker coordination
- Educational Programming (in addition to Adult Ed and Religious School)
- Religious School support (Torah related programming ideas, project assistance, etc.)
- Religious School classroom aide for Torah-related projects:
