Temple Sinai's Club 56 youth group provides exciting opportunities for 5th and 6th graders to get involved in youth programming here at Temple Sinai.
Club 56 offers a variety of programming based around holiday and social themes. Events take place approximately once a month. Past Club 56 events include: Boondocks, Jungle Quest, Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Seder and the most popular…the annual Movies & Marshmallows Camp-In at Temple Sinai. Most Club 56 events are held at various locations around Denver.
Club 56’ers and JYG’ers are also invited to bi-monthly pizza parties on Monday nights before Religious School in the Youth Lounge. Pizza parties cost $2/Club 56’er or you pre-purchase a “Popular Pizza Card” at the beginning of the year!
Two years ago, a big brother/big sister group was formed between TSYG & Club 56, called Gadol & Katan (Big & Small), fondly referred to as “GAK”. GAK participants get together (both formally and informally) a few times a month to hang out, work on homework, attend youth group programs, and much more! This is a great way for the Club 56’ers to make connections with older Temple Sinai youth groupers.
How do I sign up for these awesome programs? Watch for flyers in the Religious School packets, check out the bulletin boards located in the school wing and right outside the youth lounge, and information can be found up on the website. Also, join our email list to receive reminder emails about upcoming Club 56 programs. Then, just R.S.V.P. for the event so we know you’re coming!! Don't miss the fun – come check us out!
**Program information is subject to change. All events are held at Temple Sinai unless otherwise noted.
Call Kara Lampe at 303-759-1827 or email kara@sinaidenver.org if you have any questions, to be added to the email list, or want to sign up!
